Il progetto consiste nell'ampliamento del "polo" Nice
attraverso 4 nuove aree d' intervento: area produttiva, nuova area reception,
mensa attività produttive, area di raccordo con il magazzino esistente.
L'impianto planivolumetrico ha come punto di forza il nuovo grande
giardino interno, riproposto con dimensioni ridotte anche all'interno dell'area
produttiva. Questi ampi spazi verdi di grande suggestione, sono capaci di
portare “la natura” dentro la fabbrica, “natura” resa visibile e percepibile
persino dalla viabilità pubblica per mezzo delle vetrate che si susseguono.
L'area produttiva si sviluppa su due livelli per una superficie di
circa 12.000 mq: sotto ad essa viene realizzato un ampio parcheggio interrato
mentre la copertura è pensata come un grande giardino pensile utilizzabile come
area relax o eventi particolari all'aperto.

The project consists in the expansion of the Nice centre through 4 new areas of intervention: a production area, a new
reception area, a canteen, a production activities and connection area to the existing warehouse.
The planivolumetric system has as its
strengths the new, large internal garden, and a reproduced smaller version within
the production area. These large,
charming, green spaces allow for bringing "nature"
into the factory. This "nature" is visible and perceptible even from the public roads through the row of windows.
The production area is spread over two levels over an area of about 12,000 square meters housing a large underground parking, while the roof is designed as
a large hanging garden which can be
used either as a relaxation area or a space for special outdoor events.
